7 days Desert tour from Casablanca description:
Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen.
The 7 days Desert tour from Casablanca departure: Once you have breakfast, the Day Desert Tours driver will come to meet you and start your Morocco desert tours. We’ll start with a visit to the Mosque of Hassan 2, then continue to Rabat “The Capital city of Morocco”. Upon our arrival, we will see the Mausoleum of Mohammed V with Hassan Tower, the gates of the royal palace, and the Oudaya Kasbah. Afterward, our trip continues towards the Rif Mountains to approach the blue city of Chefchaouen where we’ll spend the first in of our Morocco tour.
Day 2: Chefchaouen guided tour – Fes.
Once we finish breakfast, we’ll meet our Chefchaouen local guide is going to take us on the blue city guided visit to discover the beauty of its white-washed and blue walls. Walking in Chefchaouen alleys will make us the hospitality of this city’s people. After a while, we’ll visit the city’s famous square of Utta Hammam. Sometime in the Afternoon, we will continue our private Morocco tour from Chefchaouen to Fes via the Rif mountains. Upon arrival at Fes, we will check in for our riad rooms. Dinner and night in Fez Medina riad.
Day 3: Fez city tour.
Breakfast, and start our Fez city tour with our local guide of Fes who is going to accompany us on a guided tour in Fes to discover the most fabulous monuments. We’ll visit the Royal Palace of Fez, then continue to visit the mosque of Karaouyine which is classified as “the first and oldest university in the world”. Our Fes tour continues to the Maderssa of Bounania, the Tanneries, and Artisan Quarters, and then visit our visit at fascinating spices markets of Fes. Dinner and night in the same riad in Fez.
Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Middle Atlas – Merzouga Desert.
Our day tour from Fes to Merzouga will start after breakfast. Driving towards the city of Ifrane which is known as “The Switzerland of Morocco”, then approach the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the Barbarian Apes. After a while, we continue our tour towards the city of Midelt “The Apple Capital of Morocco” and towards the South-east. 2 hours before we arrive at the desert dunes, we can make a stop at the Ziz Palm Grove” a Valley of thousands of Palm and Olive trees. Upon our arrival at the Desert of Merzouga, we’ll meet our Camelman who is going to take us on a guided Camel trekking excursion to see the fabulous sunset on the top of the dunes, then Camel trek to our Luxury Desert camp for the night in the heart of the dunes.
Day 5: Merzouga desert – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley.
According to your choice, you might want to wake up early in the morning to see an amazing sunrise view before breakfast.
Today, we’ll start our Morocco desert tour 4th day with a drive along the desert fields of Acacia trees on the way to the city of Erfoud which is known as the Fossils and Geology city in Morocco. We can take a short stop to discover one of the Fossil workshops in the Erfoud, then continue our Morocco desert trip towards the Valley ofTodraand visit one of its famous canyons with an altitude of 300 Meters. We then continue driving to Dades Valley where we can see the Monkey toes rocks, and head to our riad for the night.
Day 6: Dades Gorge – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – High Atlas mountains – Marrakech.
Breakfast and depart for the 6th day of our Morocco private tour by driving towards the Rose Valley which is also known as “The Valley of Thousand Kasbahs”, because of its houses forms. Then continue to the city of Ouarzazate “The Hollywood of Africa” to see theKasbahTaourirt and the Cinema Studio. Within some time, we continue driving to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou which is classified as one of the UNESCO heritage in the foothills on the southern slopes. Our driver or guide will accompany us to discover the Kasbah on a walking visit and walk in its alleys.
Our trip continues towards the city of Marrakech through the High Atlas mountains and Tizi N Tichka pass at 2600 Meters altitude. Upon our arrival, we’re going to check in for our riad rooms. Dinner and night in the heart of Marrakech Medina.
Day 7: Marrakech to Casablanca.
In the morning, we will depart with a drive from Marrakech to Casablanca, according to your flight time. According to your flight timing, we will arrange the time to transfer you to Marrakech or Casablanca Airport. End of our 7 days Casablanca Desert tour.
