Marrakech to Merzouga 4 days

Tour description:

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Dades Valley.

After breakfast, we will start our 4 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga by driving from Marrakech towards the mountains of the High Atlas with an altitude of 2600 Meters. These mountains are the gate between Marrakech and the South-east of Morocco. we can take some stops to enjoy the panoramic views of Morocco’s mountainous villages including a stop at one of the Argan workshops to see the Berber women making the Argan oil and products.

After 3 hours of driving, we then arrive at the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, one of the UNESCO heritage located in the foothills on the southern slopes. Here, our driver or guide will accompany us on a walking visit to this breathtaking Kasbah, walking in its alleys and stairs and rocks. After a while, we will return for lunch in one of the local restaurants.

Our desert tour continues towards Dades Valley by passing Ouarzazate “the Hollywood of Africa”. Then continue towards Skoura Valley and the Valley of thousand kasbahs. Upon our arrival, we will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea while checking in for our rooms. Dinner and overnight.
